You Can Buy Time sells short blocks of time on a public clock. You choose a moment, you write a message, and at that exact moment your message appears on the site for everyone watching. Afterwards it stays online at its own permanent address.
youcanbuytime.online is operated by Niranjan Kamalakannan, a sole individual based in India, referred to here as "we" or "us". You can reach us at hello@youcanbuytime.online.
You are buying the exclusive right to display one message during one specific block of time on this site's public clock. Blocks range from ten seconds to one hour.
By buying a block you confirm that the message, symbol and any image you submit are yours to use, and that publishing them breaks no law and infringes nobody's rights. You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on this site, in the archive, and in link previews and share images generated from it.
You may not submit anything that:
Uploaded images are scanned automatically before they can air. Content that appears to be child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to the relevant authorities, and the account and payment details behind it are retained and disclosed as required by law.
Every message and image is checked before it airs. If yours is rejected it does not air, and you are refunded in full and automatically. See the Refund Policy.
We may also remove something after it has aired if we later find it breaks these terms or if we are legally required to. Removal after airing does not entitle you to a refund, because the display you paid for already happened.
We do not have to explain a moderation decision, and we may refuse service to anyone.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record for this site. Your purchase is a transaction with Dodo Payments, and their terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax, which is added at checkout where applicable.
Your block is reserved for you only once payment is confirmed. Until then the moment remains available to others, and a reservation made at checkout expires if payment is not completed.

We try hard to make sure every message airs at the right moment, and the system is built so that two people can never own the same second. But this is a small operation running on services we do not control. We do not promise the site will be available without interruption or free of error.
If a technical failure on our side stops your message airing, your remedy is a full refund of what you paid for that block. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the block in question.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We store the message, symbol, image, display name and location label you submit, and your email address so we can send your receipt and your permanent link. The name and location you type are shown publicly; your email address is not. Payment card details never reach us — they are handled entirely by Dodo Payments. Images are stripped of embedded metadata, including any GPS coordinates, before they are stored.
To have your archived message removed, write to hello@youcanbuytime.online from the email address you bought it with.
We may update these terms. The version in force for a purchase is the version published at the time you bought it. Material changes will be noted by the date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
